The Property Shop is thrilled to present to the rental market for the first time, this wonderfully designed and executed Hunt Constructions home, ideally situated on the high side of Trinity Beach.

This split-level residence is nestled on the top of a crescent, perfectly positioned on an 1100 square metre block, offering panoramic views of the McAlister range and beyond, and oozing total privacy and seclusion.

Entry is found to the property through the timber double doors. Cooling dove grey porcelain tiles cover the floor area, with the dog leg staircase with timber stair treads located at the front of the home.

The dining area is thoughtfully positioned next to the kitchen to the front of the home, with dove grey walls and glass louvres, maximising cross ventilation and air flow throughout this tropical home. Open plan lounge and kitchen area, with raked, cathedral ceiling and sliding glass doors to the undercover, outdoor entertaining area.

The kitchen is centrally located to the home and will be one that the chef of the house can truly appreciate, boasting, not one, but two SMEG stainless steel ovens, SMEG dishwasher and induction cooking stove. The two-tone cabinetry comprises of opaque glass and high gloss grey and also comes complete with built in butlers pantry including shelves and drawers.

The lounge room has a feature wall recess, big enough to fit a 70-inch TV.

The first-floor level of the home had two double bedrooms, both are complete with built in wardrobes with mirrored slider, glass louvres, slate grey roller blinds and slate grey carpets.

A standalone bathroom with separate powder room and toilet is also situated on the first-floor level and is incredibly generous in size with high gloss grey cabinetry and feature basin to the vanity. The bathroom comes complete with bath with tropical gardens to the window and very large rainwater shower.

To the rear of the property is the generously proportioned internal laundry – this features a full width bench space and full width linen cupboard – the size of this truly needs to be viewed to be appreciated!

The basement level of the house is home to the lavish garage, which is not only abundant in height, but length, meaning it can comfortably store 2 vehicles, plus your camping equipment and power tools.

On the second floor of the home, lay a third bedroom and master retreat to opposite wings of the house, and are separated by a timber floor foyer with beautiful views of the range.

The third bedroom has both sliding glass doors and private balcony offering the most unspoilt views of the McAlister range and also to the rear of the property overlooking the tropical gardens.

The master retreat features double door entry and again is supremely generous in its size. Lovely vantage and vista over Earl Hill. Plush carpet throughout to the uniquely designed walk through hallway. This lays host to separate, impressively sized his and hers wardrobes, and a further walkway takes you through to the master retreat ensuite, complete with powder room, separate toilet and overhead rain shower, all designed in a similar vein to the main bathroom.

The outdoor area is what the way of life in the tropics is all about. A wonderful fusion of indoor and outdoor living this area lays host to an abundance of tropical plants, trees and hedges and offers utter tranquillity and privacy. This is a beautiful haven offering total seclusion. The gardens are layered on a sloping angle, complete with retaining walls, private pathway and full irrigation.

To top it all of the sparkling inground pool with cascading waterfall will be a great place for a dip, keeping you refreshed through the summer months.

This lovely home would ideally suit a professional couple or family or retirees.

Trinity Beach Suburb Profile
Trinity Beach is a central member of the ‘Northern Beaches’ of Cairns adjoining to Trinity Park, Smithfield and Kewarra Beach, and is located approximately a 20-minute drive north from the Cairns CBD. Trinity Beach is named after nearby Trinity Bay, which was named by Captain James Cook on Trinity Sunday in 1770. The postcode for Trinity Park is 4879.

Historically used mainly for farming and sugar cane growing, Trinity Beach now predominantly consists of residential housing and a large mix of tourist accommodation and restaurants yet holds a more “down-to-earth” and casual atmosphere than other nearby tourist-orientated beaches such as Palm Cove.

The closest major shopping centre to Trinity Beach, Smithfield Shopping Centre, is a 5-minute drive south and includes a Coles & Woolworths, Kmart, Dan Murphy’s, many specialty and take away shops, and restaurants in the complex which is well serviced with car parking and bus services. James Cook University is also less than a 5-minute drive from Trinity Beach.

Major features of Trinity Beach include Trinity Beach Sporting Complex, Centenary Park, Coastwatcher Park, George Moore Park, Vallance Park, Trinity Beach Community Kindergarten and Trinity Beach State Primary School. Other nearby schools include Trinity Anglican School in Kewarra Beach and Smithfield State High School in Smithfield. The Cairns Sunbus public transport service also runs throughout the area with multiple stop overs in the suburb.
