The Property Shop is thrilled to present to market for the first time, this unique and utterly charming, elevated Queenslander style home located on the high side of Trinity Beach.

Offering unparalleled sea views and mountain vistas, this two-storey entertainer will leave you speechless at the sheer size and opulence that this beautiful home offers.

Boasting an elevated position, the driveway up to the property is littered with an array of mast trees, coconut palms and other established tropical trees and plants. The entry into this lavish home starts with the waterfall feature and glass and timber double door entry into the downstairs parlour, with polished concrete floors, Chesterfield sofa and an assortment of stylish furnishings. This area also lays host to an internal laundry and access to the private rear yard.

Also located on the ground floor level is a separate, self-contained granny flat, complete with sitting room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and access out to a completely private rear courtyard with dining table and chairs.

Also located at ground level is the undercover carport which is huge in size and can easily accommodate up to 6 cars.

On the first floor, the breathtaking views await you. To the west you have arresting views over the McAlister range, to the north you have views up to Palm Cove and beyond and to the east the beautiful twinkling blue waters of the Coral Sea are laid out to view.

This area also contains a huge balcony, running the length of the property. Absolutely enormous in size, this area accommodates both dining and lounging options, with deep brown timber flooring, cooling sea breezes and superior quality furniture all set out ready for you to enjoy. A large, wall mounted plasma TV is here for you to enjoy watching your favourite programs alfresco.

The property is blessed with high ceilings throughout and thick timber pillars for added effect.

The large kitchen with servery links the inside to the outside verandah and provides that wonderful fusion of indoor and outdoor living that we love so much here in tropical north Queensland. The kitchen also boasts black granite servery and bench space, wooden louvres to maximise air flow, white feature panelling to the high ceilings, gourmet stainless steel appliances, new timber effect flooring, American style double fridge freezer and Delonghi coffee machine. Great use of windows and natural light look out over the rear of the property and the tropical gardens.

The Master suite is accessed through double doors from the upstairs verandah. Great size, again offering good airflow through the timber louvres. Raked, cathedral ceiling with split system air-conditioning and access through to the enormous walk in ensuite, which has been recently remodelled and sports ¾ ceiling to floor feature cream tiling, walk in frameless shower and double vanities and full-length mirror. From here you are able to walk into your own private dressing room complete with make up station and built in cabinetry.

The sparkling inground lap pool is also accessible from the first-floor verandah and offers imposing views over the Coral Sea and McAlister range.
The expansive lounge area is truly unique with it’s incredibly high ceilings, exposed beams, elevated louvres and timber doors to the verandah. This area also has a whopping 70 inch plasma TV to kick back and watch your favourite movie.
Bedrooms three and four are located at the rear of the second level and separated by a main bathroom, featuring step up spa bath, rain shower, vanity and toilet.

The sheer beauty, unadulterated views, size of accommodation and quality of furniture have to be seen to be believed. The property offers Balinese elements coupled with being a beautiful coastal home and is peaceful, isolated and unique.
Sunblinds adorn the timber terrace to block out the sun when needed.

The property is offered to market fully furnished and self-contained and would ideally suit retirees or a professional couple or family. The current owner has gone to great lengths to create a warm and welcoming home, that will be the perfect place to stay for the right tenant seeking a beautiful home maximising our wonderful climate and way of life.

Trinity Beach Suburb Profile
Trinity Beach is a central member of the ‘Northern Beaches’ of Cairns adjoining to Trinity Park, Smithfield and Kewarra Beach, and is located approximately a 20-minute drive north from the Cairns CBD. Trinity Beach is named after nearby Trinity Bay, which was named by Captain James Cook on Trinity Sunday in 1770. The postcode for Trinity Park is 4879.

Historically used mainly for farming and sugar cane growing, Trinity Beach now predominantly consists of residential housing and a large mix of tourist accommodation and restaurants yet holds a more “down-to-earth” and casual atmosphere than other nearby tourist-orientated beaches such as Palm Cove.

The closest major shopping centre to Trinity Beach, Smithfield Shopping Centre, is a 5-minute drive south and includes a Coles & Woolworths, Kmart, Dan Murphy’s, many specialty and take away shops, and restaurants in the complex which is well serviced with car parking and bus services. James Cook University is also less than a 5-minute drive from Trinity Beach.

Major features of Trinity Beach include Trinity Beach Sporting Complex, Centenary Park, Coastwatcher Park, George Moore Park, Vallance Park, Trinity Beach Community Kindergarten and Trinity Beach State Primary School. Other nearby schools include Trinity Anglican School in Kewarra Beach and Smithfield State High School in Smithfield. The Cairns Sunbus public transport service also runs throughout the area with multiple stop overs in the suburb.
