Level 604m² Parcel within Elysian at Bluewater
Featuring an ideal elevated position within exclusive locale; this level and fully useable parcel is one of few remaining and ready to build on immediately!

Elysian at Bluewater is a highly regarded enclave of unique and high-value residences; this is the perfect opportunity to build your dream home and the only limit is your imagination.

Age-old melaleuca trees shade your journey down quiet streets towards home. Elysian is your rainforest retreat with Half Moon Bay a minute away and Trinity Beach an 8-minute drive from home. It will be hard to find a more magnificent canvas for your dream home.

Not many neighbourhoods boast walking trails, much less ones with views. You have two! Located on Earl Hill, you can choose the Half Moon Bay Lookout Track, a gentle 1.2 km walk, or the Earl Hill Summit Track, a steep 2km return climb. From the summit, you have views southeast, with the peaks of the Yarrabah peninsula stretching across the horizon.

These waters and the adjacent rainforests make up the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area and the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. When people speak about good location, this is what they mean.

Elysian is located just 20-minutes north of Cairns CBD and international airport, and 40-minutes south of Port Douglas. The community is flanked by natural rainforest and expansive waterways, in close proximity to local schools, shops, restaurants, Bluewater Marina and beautiful beaches.

    Trinity Beach Suburb Profile
Trinity Beach is a central member of the ‘Northern Beaches’ of Cairns adjoining to Trinity Park, Smithfield and Kewarra Beach, and is located approximately a 20-minute drive north from the Cairns CBD. Trinity Beach is named after nearby Trinity Bay, which was named by Captain James Cook on Trinity Sunday in 1770. The postcode for Trinity Park is 4879.

Historically used mainly for farming and sugar cane growing, Trinity Beach now predominantly consists of residential housing and a large mix of tourist accommodation and restaurants yet holds a more “down-to-earth” and casual atmosphere than other nearby tourist-orientated beaches such as Palm Cove.

The closest major shopping centre to Trinity Beach, Smithfield Shopping Centre, is a 5-minute drive south and includes a Coles & Woolworths, Kmart, Dan Murphy’s, many specialty and take away shops, and restaurants in the complex which is well serviced with car parking and bus services. James Cook University is also less than a 5-minute drive from Trinity Beach.

Major features of Trinity Beach include Trinity Beach Sporting Complex, Centenary Park, Coastwatcher Park, George Moore Park, Vallance Park, Trinity Beach Community Kindergarten and Trinity Beach State Primary School. Other nearby schools include Trinity Anglican School in Kewarra Beach and Smithfield State High School in Smithfield. The Cairns Sunbus public transport service also runs throughout the area with multiple stop overs in the suburb.
