The kitchen also comes complete with second sink, double drawer dishwasher and recess for large plumbed in fridge freezer.

There is a study nook intuitively placed near to the kitchen and living area that is so light and bright, working from home or kids completing their afternoon homework will become the most enjoyable experience.

The lounge area has sliding glass doors that extend fully, opening onto the entertaining area, offering the wonderful fusion of indoor and outdoor living that we enjoy here in the tropics. The wall mounted TV area, has been created as a feature wall, echoing the woodgrain effect cabinetry of the kitchen.

The property boasts four bedrooms, currently two are used as an additional living area and the other as a media room. The media room is absolutely perfect for movie nights with the family. Featuring blackout blinds and the room has been wired for complete surround sound, you will be able to enjoy a full cinema experience in this room!

Bedrooms two and three all sport plush carpet, mirrored sliders to built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and split system air-conditioning is featured here, and in all other living areas of the home.

The master retreat is a lovely space and is suitably situated at the rear of the house. With sliding glass doors out to the pool area, grey black out curtains, plush grey carpet and split system air conditioning, this has been cleverly designed to incorporate the pool area as an extension of the bedroom.

The master retreat also boasts a truly impressive ensuite, complete with double his and hers, butlers sinks, mosaic splash back tiling, and double shower with his and hers shower heads. The shower is finished with ¾ wall tiling and tiled recess. The ensuite leads into the walk-in robe, which will be every girls dream. Again, impressive in size with considerable hanging space on offer.

The property also has a family bathroom, with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a thoughtful addition of a powder room, again featuring the mosaic splashback tiling sported in the master ensuite, meaning all areas can be use independently of one another.

Impressive in size, fully tiled and with ceiling fan, the area is big enough to house not only outdoor dining, but also an outdoor living area, all whilst providing great access to the lawn and pool areas, and a beautiful vista over the McAlister mountain range.

Sparkling in ground pool, with glass pool fencing, lush green lawns and well-manicured and mulched garden beds with an array of foliage on display, this is definitely designed with low maintenance in mind.
